Shipping Rates

We ship to the USA, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.  Our shipping rates for the contiguous United States are as follows:

Due to shipping regulations, we can not ship Lampe Berger fragrance oils, home fragrance diffusers, colognes and perfumes via 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day Air shipping.  Standard Shipping to AK, HI, PR & USVI is $11.99 per order.  Additionally, we can not ship Lampe Berger fragrance oils to the state of California.

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.  If your merchandise arrives damaged, you must contact us immediately.  Please keep all original packaging and contents in case the shipping carrier requires inspection.

We offer a 30 day return period for unused/unopened items in their original condition and packaging to be returned for a refund or exchanged. A return authorization must be acquired before sending back any items. To obtain a return authorization, please contact us with your order number, item number you would like to return and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions for your return. Please note: items returned with broken seals will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Remember to get tracking and insurance for your return package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and that the refund or exchange has been processed. If a refund is requested, we will credit your credit card or original method of payment for the price paid for the merchandise returned. If you received free shipping on your original order, we will deduct a $7.99 shipping charge from the value of your merchandise returned to determine your refund amount. Please allow 72 hours for processing of returns.

On many products, such as Lampe Berger fragrance oils and Airome essential oils, we offer the option of subscribing to purchase on a weekly or monthly interval of your choice. You won't have to worry about running out of your favorite fragrance or have to waste the time ordering refills. Simply subscribe and enjoy! We will send you an email a few days prior to shipping your next subscription shipment so you can pause, remove, add or cancel items easily. You can also manage your subscriptions at anytime.
